I am Colette, a Woman’s health coach! I just finished up my masters degree and moved back to my hometown until I figure out where I would for sure like to be! I have many hobbies including any form of physical activity, singing, playing guitar, volunteering and I also love to cook!
I love to try new things and meet new people! I have always been an open minded extrovert who will talk your ear off if you let me!
What made you start what it is that you are doing?
I believe when you make an investment into a program, coach, company (ANYTHING) you should leave that investment with value. I believe there are a lot of health coaches and programs out there that fail to provide and TEACH value that can be applied to life long term. Health is about so much more than losing a few pounds and eating salads. It is important that people understand how to create sustainable lifestyle habits that can be applied to the rest of their life.
What are your long term goals and what are things you are doing now to get there?
I would love to own a gym one day and will get there by networking, saving my money and doing research on where I would be happiest / where my gym would be most successful and impact the most people.
I never want to work for anyone else and I will work until my last breath if I have to.
I want to Inspire and teach women how to prioritize their health without hating the process. I can make sure I do this by continuing to teach with my passion at the forefront and providing support.
In your opinion, what is the best thing about life?
You decide what you want to do with it. At the end of the day there is nobody / nothing stopping you.
If you could give one piece of advice to other women – what would it be?
In the waiting, keep creating. Things may not always work out the way we want them to but as long as you keep putting your efforts in the right place, it will all align.
